Yeah, I'm assuming the Triwizard Tournament goes to different wizarding schools and not just at Hogwarts.

I don't think they can apparate there because countries are very far. So either by boat or by train to go to other wizarding schools.

It won't work. Apparition is only done at places that are near plus you also need to know where you're going so you don't get splinched.

Remember Ron got splinched when they escaped the Ministry because he's not very good at apparition. In the book, he failed his first apparition test leaving half of his eyebrow behind. By DH, he left school without ever passing that test.
