That's very considerate. I think what happened to me was that the taller man kind of slumped on his chair a bit so I was able to see, thankfully that worked because if it didn't, I would probably ask him to change seats.

That's my only problem watching at the cinema but that doesn't happen very often. It happened to me twice but usually it all works out fine for me.

For me, it depend on the movie theater, bec the one that wasn't far for me, I hate that when it was one floor even though the front to back was like lower to higher..

Yes that's true. It also depends on the cinema. Some are fine even if there's a tall person in-front of you but others don't and I have experienced that before.
