It's a bit surreal seeing all of his loved ones there. I probably would be thinking I'm near death and that's why I'm seeing my dead loved ones.

And I don't blame him. Harry did technically "die" after seeing them but at least it wasn't what we thought it was and he was really alive.

Yes he did and then he saw his parents, Sirius, Remus & Dumbledore. It's called limbo:
