Most likely but without a leader, they really can't do anything. Plus they're all on the radar with the Ministry so if they're captured, they get sent to Azkaban.

I remember I read that both boys went to different timeline, they regroup when they can find the leader, so I guess that they always can able to keep in touch as long they can regroup once the leader happen..

And perhaps if there was that one person who would want to lead them then they can always come back to life. With Voldemort's death, it's understood why the Death Eaters would 'disband' because they don't have a leader anymore.
