I think they're more than capable of keeping creatures there too plus Newt is technically not allowed to put his creatures inside a suitcase so what he's doing is sorta illegal. But that creature looks dangerous and menacing so why would they keep a creature like that? Unless of course, it's been used by a different character we haven't met yet.

HAHA! Yeah as long as it isn't close-up or just a quick view. But I kind of feel that we probably won't see as many creatures for this one like in part 1.
