I gotta get that book.

By the way, you inspired a short slash story (in progress) involving George, Eric Clapton, and Novocaine.</STRONG>

Slash story now in progress.

By the way, did it ever occur to anyone that "Imagine" is a little scary? Consider:

You may think I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
Someday you WILL join us
And the world will be as one

Sounds a little...totalitarian, almost. Or maybe I'm just paranoid from reading 1984 three times in a row.

Hmmm, never thought of it that way. I suppose, although the song itself takes away from any totalitarian-ness.

Hm, that is an interesting thought. Something I've never thought about before, anyway.

I believe I read an article in "The Onion" involving Adolf Hitler quoting John Lennon.

Erm.

Yeah, could be a good idea. Clarify some things. Lennon quoting Hitler would make more sense...

First of all, I want an av like Steffieweffie's

But yeah, Revolution 9 usually creeps me out I used to think Julia was very strange:

Half of what I say is meaningless
But I say it just to reach you, Julia

But then I realized that John's mum's name was Julia and it made a bit more sense.
Piggies totally reminds me of the Orwell book Animal Farm. Completely! Heh, when I bought the White Album, I was reading that book in English class, it went along so well! Clutching forks and knives to eat their bacon

Or what about in Bungalow Bill where all the children sing "Hey, Bungalow Bill, what did you kill? Bungalow Bill?"

Yes. Revolution 9 is the scariest thing. Ever. And the most annoying. It's the only thing off of all the Beatles' albums I actually don't like.

Hehe yeah, Revolution 9...eep.

And yeah, when I was younger Bungalo Bill kinda creeped me out, a little. But then again, I was an easily-creeped kid. But the different voices singing the chorus and all are kinda weird.

Right. *ahem*

I love "Piggies"!

Ick, "Revolution 9" is creepy as hell and I don't think I ever want to listen to it again. It is sheer disturbance.

Yeah. It took me so long to work up the courage to listen to the whole thing!

"Polythene Pam" disturbs me a little, for an odd reason. I am convinced that Polythene Pam is the same Pam that is said to be the sister of Mean Mr. Mustard, which is of course the song right before it. I am also fairly sure that Polythene Pam is a drag queen. If she is, and she is Mr. Mustard's "sister", WHAT does that say about Mr. Mustard?
