I think this scene was written just to mess with everybody.  It did and after all these years I really think that.  __________________

You know it CWDP Buffy told Holden that Spike loved/cared for her in his own way.
It's big that she even just to a stranger admitted that it was love really love that Spike felt for her even without a soul. __________________

I have a hard time remembering that episode. S7 is my least watched season because it took me the longest to buy on DVD.

Every episode from NLM on has Buffy standing up to everybody when it came to Spike.
There is a good reason why she thought everybody in the house thought she was Still in love with Spike. Buffy showed it in every way. The Still part is another thing that is talked about a lot. Especially since it wasn't in the orig. script. __________________
