Xander was such a jerk in that scene.

Willow noticed Spike didn't leave a card but I can't see her ever giving the flowers to Buffy with that info.

I wonder how diff. things might have been if Joyce never died but Buffy still did.

Her mom was there when her friends brought her back.

Having her mom there would have helped when Buffy was ripped from Heaven.

One of the things she missed I think was being with her mom.

That only made things worse with her depression on top of it.
