#workoutwednesday So obviously you know humor has been one of my coping tools throughout this difficult time, but I thought today I would share another one, exercise. Two years ago I discovered @platefit which utilizes the @powerplateusa Through the science of vibration, it wakes up cells, increases circulation, detoxifies the lymphatic system, reduces inflammation, and accelerates recovery time. But more than that, it’s keeping me sane (ish) I miss getting to go to the gym with my friends, but thankfully all the classes have moved on online (and on this platform) Even if you don’t have a plate, the workout and the teachers are amazing (best part -it’s only 27 minutes) And while this video is far from pro (and in our bedroom 😂 ) I still wanted to share a part of me. #eyeofthetiger
