Kendra died very similarly to how Buffy died the first time - they were both rendered helpless by hypnotism.
Seems like it's a pretty big weakness for new Slayers. Were the Watchers aware of this? Why did none of their training cover it? Was it not ~common enough~ to concern them? Mostly I figure they knew and didn't care. A slayer is replaceable in their eyes. __________________

Yeah, I'm sure those aholes just didn't care. Slayers were sacrificial lambs to them, like that psychotic test where they take away their powers. Who the hell do they think they are? Their the ones that are screwed without the slayers.

They actually capitalized on the whole hypnotizing weakness on Buffy's birthday. Didn't Giles use some crystal on her that made her not realize he was drugging her? *shudders* So The Watchers not only knew it, but used it to their advantage.

I wish we could of seen it. I think Buffy would of influenced Kendra to be more carefree and Kendra would of helped Buffy be a little more responsible. Even though I still prefer Faith, I always wonder how things would of went if Kendra lived.
