I like how they use his fear & past to get answers. Cragen just hands over the key & stands there
 Don't think it would go over well with his lawyer that they locked him up. But we're probably not meant to think about that  Glad they get to the woman in time. She sounds more traumatised __________________

No, they could not do that now. Now if they did you would see the lawyer using it get the perpetrator off and the police in trouble. They are a lot more conscious of what the detectives are doing now though so it is unlikely a tactic which could be shown again.
Poor Jeannette will be traumatised further from this but at least she was rescued in time. __________________
