I think people forget that while their CHARACTERS had a bit of tension, that doesn't translate over to the actors.  |

I think for some they have a hard time remembering that an actor is NOT their character. So when they meet so and so you hear an account of someone they've met and 'they were a donkey butt', meanwhile the person is expecting to meet said character....
