They both alone give me bi vibe, and together I do think they have a great chemistry it is just that their tone as friends is more appealing to me right now, without watching the show of course. Which is important because I do love and care about friendships more than romance. They could go either way and I'd like their vibe tbh. Like, their friendship seems so cool to me

Their friendship is interesting, because they're so different. Max is an extrovert, loud, drug addict guy, Aki an introvert and quiet person. He doesn't even drink! When they schemed together it was fun to see, because at first Aki was like no way, but Max fluttered his eyelash and he did it Also in 1xb it was fun to see Aki panicking and calling Max for help.

I can imagine them as kids with Aki being super shy and Max very lively and them being an odd couple Aki's best friend is Obie, but still I can see Aki liking Max for that (I can imagine that, even though as I was saying in the throuple thread the way these decades old friendships are written doesn't always give you the vibe).

Tis aspect of their relationship is what I like the most, the fact that they're opposite. Aki is also super sweet and nice, but Max can be soft too, when he wants!



In that bath house scene I didn't expect Aki kissing him first! Or better: I knew he was doing it first because it was in the first trailer, but I couldn't imagine he would decide to do it without Max asking him to first. Max here asks for his consent to make Rafa jealous, but when Aki asks "my consent for what" he just replies "for whatever". Max surely didn't expect Aki would kiss him that way I'm sure he imagined he's be shy or awkward...but...





The hand kills me every time. Max touches Aki a lot, especially when they kiss he always cups his face.
