Shoot I watched a bunch of episodes and forgot to post. I love Jess so I’ve been whipping through episodes lol.

206: this one was a tad boring to me dealing with emily and Richard drama and then the coming out party for Rory. It was cute that she wanted to do that for Emily though, even though it made Emily sad that Lor wasn’t up there. But I liked Rorys line about doing it because it didn’t mean that much to her but it meant a lot to Emily so why not do it? Such a good person Rory is. And it was sweet that Chris actually showed up. I like that he is keeping his steady job and dating again. Though it was crappy he didn’t tell Lor about it until after they kissed? I like their friend chemistry a lot but no, I can’t with the back and forth dating crap. It’s just not meant to be, let it goooo.

207: I enjoyed this one mostly for the Lorelai and Emily moments. Watching Lor get involved in Chilton was nice and seeing them do the fashion show together was fun. I also like how she called Luke for help and was jealous when he was flirting with the other Chilton mom. Their little argument over him going out with he was cute as heck. Rorys storyline didn’t interest me as much and it was ridiculous that he wanted her to be more social. I am glad she told off the headmaster and sort of listened to her lol. Also, Paris rushing to be nice to Rory to join the puffs was crappy. She’s annoying me this season.

208: great episode. Mia seemed great and it was awesome how much she cares for Lorelai and Rory. Wish we saw more of her through the series. I understood Lors sadness over the Inn being sold but she shouldn’t have blown up at Sookie like that. She didn’t deserve that. I got tears when Emily met with Mia, I always feel bad for Emily when it comes to missing out on Lorelai’s life :bawl: the Rory/Jess scene was so great where she told him off and actually got through to him and we saw at the end him fixing the thing for Luke in the diner awww. I love moments like that with characters where we can see their good sides.

209: okay episode, not the best. Tristan was a huge ass the whole time! I am glad he is out of the picture. Unfortunately they just didn’t develop that character enough which is sad because he has potential but I get that Chad had OTH (and very thankful for that!) I do like that they sort of gave him closure though. Also luke getting jealous of Lor darting that younger guy was cute as always, I love the small little moments between those two but come on, get it together!

The fashion show moment between Emily and Lorelai was cute. And I always love when Luke and Lorelai are jealous for whatever reason. :lol:

Somehow i skipped episode 10 on netflix in my watch, what the heck? lol. So i am going to go back and watch that one tomorrow. But I watched 211/212 today! Ill add in my 210 thoughts back to this post tomorrow lol.

210: I loved this episode because I love the snow so much and there were a lot of really cute moments. I loved when Luke and Lorelei rode the sleigh together. I also loved all the Jess/Rory moments and its so obvious how much Rory is starting to like him. TBH not a lot else to say about the episode really!

211: Sucks that the girls had termites in their house. Lorelai not wanting to take money from her mom I understand, because it sucks to run to her everytime theres a problem, but I think she was being overly stubborn. There is nothing wrong imo taking the meeting with the loan guy, or letting her mom co-sign with her. Not flat out taking money I get but the other stuff is something any mom would do (hopefully). It was adorable as heck that Luke offered to pay for it though and loan Lorelai the money. So cute. I loved that Emily and Lor made up at the end fairly quick. I just love Emily and their interactions together, Emily's humor is really funny.

212: Boy Richard was annoying this episode, constantly ragging on Lorelai for everything. When he had that talk with her in the Inn, that was so uncalled for and ridiculous. He doesnt need to speak to her like she is still a child, good gracious. And their morning had started out so good too when they were reading the paper together, I thought that moment was sweet. not sure why the show had to go and ruin it. I dont blame Emily for getting annoyed with him always being around and nitpicking lol. Paris was also extreme this episode, they really bumped her up a crazy notch dint they? lol. I enjoyed the small moment between Rory and Jess outside the video store. Dean continues to just sort of... be there. He is so dull. But I will say, it was very sweet of him to help her get a car.

213: loved this episode! Super memorable! Lor got Luke to bid on her basket lol. And it was cute when he said one day she will be sitting with someone she wanted to be with. Ummm, she already is. Also, Rory actually going with Jess on the "date" was a bit rude. She def. shouldn't have done that. But hey, i got my R/J time, so Im not too mad. But I did feel bad for Dean. . The fact that they talked on the phone at the end says a LOT! Super obvious how much Rory is falling for him. Poor Lane getting dumped by Henry, but I see why, it would be super frustrating to try to date her when she never told her parents about him.

Love all the RJ moments in those eps. And LL ones too. :love:

Not the biggest fan of this episode but i dont really care for the episodes with Christopher all that much. His new g/f seems a bit over the top and not at all his type. She was really obnoxious actually in how she was talking to Lorelai.

Emily acts SO childish sometimes. Her overreacting to Christopher dating Sheri was ridiculous. She needs to get over the dream of Chris and Lorelai back together, good gracious.

Chris' reaction to Lorelai saying she always had Chris in the back of her mind was stupid too, also an overreaction.

I agree about Emily needing to give up the idea of Lorelai and Chris. But unfortunately that doesn't happen. :rolleyes:

215: Some good moments in this episode, I really liked Lorelai trying to help Luke get a new apartment. He really needs one. It's too bad that Taylor owned the building. But then Luke goes and buys it? wtf. lol I do not remember this storyline.

I dont really get it, Jess stole the bracelet from Dean, Rory didnt notice it was gone until weeks later, and then Jess returns it, but like, why did he take it to begin with? Also, I did like the small moments of Jess and Lorelai trying to talk and get along, too bad it was ruined, but its totally understandable why Lorelai doesnt like him after everything.

The banter between Jess and Rory was so cute though when she wanted him to get along with her mom and Jess asked why, and then later he tried beaus she asked. :love: Also his little smile after she walked way because he knew she cared... The build up between these two is so good.


216: Rory wanting alone time is understandable but it sucks that Dean saw Jess there. She was definitely in the wrong though, as usual this season. I see her POV but she does have a boyfriend and she knows that there is something going on with Jess, and she constantly allows it. I dont really blame Dean for being upset and having to see them together at the end there was sort of sad.

HOWEVER, I love the interaction with R/J and it was so cute that Jess lied and pretended that Luke sent over a care package when really he just wanted to be alone with her. :love: And their little scene at the end in the diner was cute.

I also loved the Rory and Paris moments a lot and how they are becoming friends and how she invited Paris to stay over, that was so cute.

Lorelai and her mom had some great moments too, I loved the spa day and having drinks together and especially the end when they stole the robes together and how happy it made Emily to spend time with Lorelai. :love:

So cute that Lorelai stayed with Luke at the funeral even though no-one liked his uncle. Also, Luke worrying about turning into him. Emily also picked up on the Luke/Lorelai stuff... who wouldnt.

Rory bossing Jess around to help Luke out more was SO CUTE. Such a girlfriend thing to do. These scenes are so fresh to me, I really dont remember them all that much so its so fun watching this again.

Its so obvious that Rory just isn't into Dean anymore. Its sort of sad, but she really acts like she doesn't even want to hang out with him anymore. I atually felt really bad for him when he was sitting on the porch with Lorelai and said "she likes Jess doesn't she?" aww.

Sucks that Lorelai blamed Jess so much for the accident when it really wasnt his fault and then fought with Luke and got him shipped off. :(

I loved seeing Lane find her passion with drumming lol.

It sucked seeing Lor so against Jess for what happened. I really loved the scene between Rory and Luke at the end. It just sucked to see Jess get sent back when he seemed to be starting to fit in more in stars hollow.

HOW FREAKIN ADORABLE WAS IT THAT RORY WENT TO GO SEE JESS IN NEW YORK SDFSDGDGDDDG. The little goodbye between them was so adorable. But Rory definitely shouldn’t be visiting him without telling anyone. Not smart to visit on such an important day.

It was cool to see Lorelai graduating from business school. It really sucks that Rory missed it!

I do like that Rory told Lorelai what happened and how she went to see Jess. I felt really bad for Rory when she was ranting to her mom. And Lorelai knows she likes Jess. :love:

Did Alexis break her arm in real life? Because she had that cast for quite a long time.

“Oy with the poodles already!” LOL I never knew what that phrase meant really so it was great to hear the dialogue in the episode.

Chris and Lorelai getting back together, ugh. No thank you. These two are just so freaking wishy washy together! And Chris and Sheri aren’t even officially broken up… Not surprised at ALL that Chris decided to leave the wedding and just go back to Sherri. Her being pregnant though does sort of change things, so I see where Chris is coming from. It’s a complicated situation. But dang, that sucks for Lor. I personally am happy though lol.

Jess is back! Jess is back! So exciting. And Luke knew why he was back too! It was so stinking cute when Rory turned around and Jess was just standing there!





I might wait a bit before starting season 3. I need to get back to some other shows, this one has been consuming my time lol.

I cant believe I finished so fast.

Let time I rewatched I preferred season 1 to season 2. This time around I think i preferred watching season 2. It just seemed the show found its footing a bit more and I really loved the addition of Jess. I do think LL were better in season 1 though.

S2 had some nice moments for both of my couples.

I’m trying to recall all of the Luke and Lorelai moments in season 2 and I’m only remembering a few of them. The chuppah plus the dance marathon moments are what ate immediately springing to mind. Oh! And the fire at the Inn with the dream but was that season 3?

Yeah LL got a lot more cute moments in season 1. But i love RJ too, so I enjoyed season 2 for them.

I would say 204 I think, the road trip with Rory and Lorelai was very memorable and I enjoyed that one a lot this time. 207 with the fashion show with Lorelai and Emily was cute and I liked seeing Luke help and all the jealousy from Lorelai. 210 for the Rj and LL moments and the snow in stars hollow is always great. 213 basket episode because its a classic. 216 was cute too with Rory getting time at home and Emily/Lor together. Also enjoyed 221 a lot and all the Rj stuff.... 219 and 222 for Rj was great too... :)
