I think the problem with Rory (s3) that she tries so hard to fix Jess and they never communicated properly during their relationship.
But in s2, they were amazing, IMO. I love Jess' introduction. I love Jess/Luke interaction. Love the season finale, too! :love: |

Lorelai accepting Max's proposal, not cool with that. It was way way way too fast imo and Lorelai wasnt 100% into it. Richard being rude to Dean was so uncalled for. Sometimes he can be so insufferable. But it makes sense how he is married to Emily lol. Good for Rory standing up for Dean and then leaving. I cant believe that Sookie just blurted to Emily that Lorelai was getting married. Poor Emily having to find out that way. She just wants to feel included. Luke's reaction to Lorelai getting married was a bit odd to me, but maybe he just didnt know how to react? Him putting thoughts in her head about whether she was really ready seemed in character though lol. |

This episode was okay, kinda lack luster to me. Sucks that Rory needs all these extra things to get into Harvard. I understand her stress but Dean freaking out on her was SO ANNOYING! He’s really driving me crazy this time around lol. I’m ready for them to break up already lol. I don’t remember a whole lot about this episode. I think it was sort of odd how Lane left and Rory barely said goodbye to her. 203: The wedding stuff was okay, not much to say about it really. Sucks that Emily had to find out the way she did but she way overreacted imo at the dinner. She was just being rude. The engagement party stuff was fun. Until Lor called Chris. But that phone call had more chemistry imo than Lor/max lol. Glad she realized he is not the one. All the fighting with them annoyed me. The ending was sad but it was cute how Rory just went with her. Also Luke making her the whatever it’s called was SO CUTE AND FORESHADOWINGGGGG ♥️ |

Okay, so I watched 2 more episodes because I was just in the GG zone. I might even watch more tonight lol. 204: This was a cute episode where we got a lot of nice Lor/Rory moments. I liked seeing them take and adventure together and all the inn stuff was funny. I loved when Lorelai wrote in the book something about Satan and Rory changes it to Sit and work a lot or whatever the quote was, and then later when Lor said it to the inn lady.... that was a good moment. I liked that Rory confronted her mom about Max and that she got it after Lor said she didnt try on her wedding dresses. Sad moment but great that Rory just automatically understands that Max wasnt the one. Luke being all happy after hearing the wedding was off was the cutest. He is so obvious lol. 205: Loved this episode because of course, Jess is in town. Is he a little punk? Yes, absolutely, but I think its clear from this first episode that he has a lot of layers and hes not JUST this 17 year old jerk. His mom is a dead beat and Luke doesnt know how to discipline him. He's smart but has had no structure. We dont know a lot about his home life, but we can imagine. I dont like how he talks to people of course, but I see potential in him right away and his scenes with Rory were definitely a highlight. They just have great chemistry together and their little banter was really fun to watch. Def. cant wait to see their relationship develop again. It was cool to see Lane back but dang, that was a short amount to time lol. Frickin Paris is pisisng me off, like what the hell. Rory didnt even go out with Tristan! Now, if Paris had found out they kissed, maybe this would have made more sense to me, but I feel like it was a bit over the top for her to be holding such a grudge after all that time. |

The road trip episode is a CLASSIC. Definitely one I’ve rewatched multiple times just because I enjoy it so much.
