Me too.
It's hard to imagine their relationship now. I don't know how much Rory has been home since she left in '07. And since L/L got really serious after that, they may not have seen each other much. But if they have and Luke moved in, I can see her viewing him as her stepdad, if she didn't already.Post break-up 1: Quote:

 I don't see her calling him daddy luke though... She has a dad, she doesn't hate him. Love that quote by Lorelai! __________________

we may not but I do think Rory considers him her dad... They had good contact in S7 so I imagine that's still the same right now..

Sure Rory had a father, but growing up, he was nowhere when Luke was. So, growing up with a stepdad myself, I can see how she would view Luke as someone who is much closer to her. Anyone can be a dad, but not everyone is a father.

I think at this point Rory would only ever refer to him by his first name. Yes, he was a father figure, but not enough to BE a Dad or call him "Dad". That would just be weird. I could see her referring to him as a stepfather when talking to others about him. Anyway, their relationship is sweet and that quote you posted Yvonne is so meaningful, in the sense of Lorelai recognizing the relationship Rory has with Luke.
