time management is the worst!!

see atm im in a mess , well i got two jobs techically 3 but i work 2 jobs . i want to do dog grooming as a career but i am not liking it atm , not a big fan of my manager

I mean I can work with my other 2 friends or one who works by herself but ir is kind of far away and I want something closer .. saying that the environment isn't ideal it's not a homely feel to it and I don't want to work and I've never really felt like that before so it sucks .. the main issue is also I feel bad If I were to leave cause it's her own business and she has dogs to attend and ir will be a hassle but I need to think about myself to

So I did have a chat with her , she said I can start trying to do it . But I need to work on my time to do it . She was really nice about so it seems ok for now
