glad things are going better for you
 eh things are the same at my job. I saw the dr yesterday about my ankle. he finally took the boot off and now im wearing this lace up brace. he wants me to wear this for 6 weeks and do physical therapy. he said the MRI showed my ankle looking a lot worse than he originally thought. but he said as long as im feeling ok with this brace on he wants to try that for a while if it doesnt improve than I will need surgery. __________________

no I dont want to do surgery if it can be helped

the dr office called me last night saying as of Jan 1st my insurance changed. it was amerigroup and now its called WellPoint. everything is the same except now the name is changed. but apparently I can no longer be seen my my orthopedic dr or my PT people. so I have to find a new place to follow through with on my ankle
