I think 'best friend' is the kind of friend you can pick the relationship up with any time. It doesn't matter how long it has passed between them talking or sharing, it could be months or even years, but the connection, the feeling would remain the same.

Yeah, you are right. Especially since they didn't seem like actual friends in the flashback with Clark leaving the town and not even talking to her about it, or when he got back

I do hope to see their relationship more. They seem very comfortable with each other and they have great chemistry.

A few days ago, I saw EC had posted a video about waking up at 4:30 am or something to be on set so early. I wonder if they all show up set early even if they are filming scene during the day.

I doubt the whole crew is on set at the same time, I would think it depends on what time their scenes are!
