Also Asami was really upset then and Mako was being really comforting so I kind of get why she did it in the moment.

Yeah it does. Him attacking his own ship doesn't make a lot of sense so I kind of get her line of thought.

Her getting back with her ex that left her for someone else also doesn't make much sense, but ya know

Asami is in a rough patch right now and needs to learn to love herself more.

Yeah I think she's just kind of vulnerable right now and Mako's being very comforting. So I kind of get why she's feeling attracted to him again but also....he already broke up with her once
