just with season 1, it made me realised some of what i think it's important to the story wasn't in the 90s series. Crystal's approach makes more sense.
but the 90s series offer more interaction between characters and their dynamics. __________________

4 kings of the dark kingdoms were just evil in the 90s series.
in crystal, they actually were Endymion's knights. i don't know how it REALLY is in the manga, but i thought crystal was great on that. __________________

yes in the original manga they were originally Endymion's 4 generals who were brainwashed by Queen Beryl, Crystal has remained very faithful to the manga for the most part in terms of storylines and the characters, that's what I love about Crystal, it's a true adaptation of the manga...unlike the 90s anime.
