saw the dr about my foot again yesterday. he took the boot off me finally and now im wearing this lace up brace on my ankle. he said the MRI showed my ankle looking a lot worse than he originally thought. he wants me to try wearing this brace for a bit to see if it improves (along with physical therapy) and if it doesnt then I will need to get surgery

yeah I hope not either.
I have some pain with this new brace, but not terrible. I dont start PT till feb 7th. hopefully that will help too __________________
