well my dog woke me up in the middle of the night barking like a nut and that ended up giving me another migraine that lasted the rest of the night. thankfully I felt ok when it was time to leave for work this morning.
I meant to call the neurologist this morning about how frequently they have been lately, but totally forgot. will try and do it tomorrow __________________

Glad it wasn't still bothering you when you get up. How long have they been an issue for you?
Didn't sleep great myself. Cool morning with a hot afternoon coming. Did the smart thing and got my dog's walk done this AM. __________________

well its been off an on since friday. but I think its cuz my dr has me tapering off one of my migraine preventative medications. so that could be causing it. I just called and left a message with the dr.
