Sorry wasn't on yesterday

a depressive wanting to sleep spell hit me out of the blue

so from 7pm-1pm was pretty much inbetween napping the entire time. Finally dragged myself out of bed and went up to the mall where hopefully what I got for a sleep aid actually works. Cause totally almost out of the sleep medication and its not even been 2 weeks and its suppose to last a month

My grandpa moved in again, and on top
Of that found out his girlfriend is stealing from him.. so got a lot to work on, cause he doesn't want to permanently live here. So seeing if we can get him
His own apartment, or see if there's another family member the want to go live with. On top of that, might be moving suddenly myself in the next month or two. So lots of stresses!

Doesn't help my insomnia or headaches lately, that's for sure.

No it doesn't especially when no sleep aid works

I go though my medication too fast, so got some melatonin and it does nothing

also got some "nighttime gravol" where not sure if it works or not cause I mixed the two last night where hopefully just take the gravol tonight cause really don't want to call in my refill cause 10 days early where each month am generally 7-10 days early

Not exactly "fine" but hopefully rest of week is better
