I am obsessed with my labradors, my youngest is 7 months old and I’m already wanting to get another pup in the next year. My dogs are my life, and they are truly amazing companions. I’m moving in the next few months out of state, and will have a bigger yard so really thinking about it.

We had two but the older guy passed away last July he was 11 and a half we waited about a year to get our pup who’s 11 weeks (3 months) and the other dog is 7 years old we got her when the dog that passed away was 5.

Aww!!! I get your other baby is happy to have somebody else to keep company. My girl has a love hate relationship with the pup, but she’s definitely happier now then she was alone.

Same as she was just sleeping all the time since Riley left her. but she is a bit alive playing etc, now we have Ted.

It helps bring them back to live again in a way, even if they still miss the other dog. My girl still misses her, and will still have moments of being sad. But overall she’s not near as lonely or sad as she once was.

yeah but luckily the same people breeders we got Riley from well Ted is like from the same place and bloodline.

That’s so cool!!! Both my girls are two different types of labradors, so different breeders. But my mom loved working with this new breeder so much, that we are considering getting another pup from the same breeder once my 7 month old pup is 1 year old. So the next pup would be her half sister, since same dad of this liter but different mom.

That sounds like a plan. Lola was from like a backyard breeder so they aren't legally related but you just end up saying brother and sister in the end.

Aww that sounds nice! I attended my nieces 2nd birthday back in may, it was like a 1st birthday celebration because my family couldn’t be there for her first. Did you have fun?

yes it was just a small get-together with family and some of her parents friends with kids around the same age. some we're like 6 months

I spent one on one time with just my dad over the weekend, we went out twice for food and just watched some movies.

Well we can't really go out much without someone looking after puppy he's not quite toilet trained yet.
