Agree. Aside from the fact that I don't think Kyle/Isabel could have lasted long because of their personalties, it seemd like the writers were hestitant to put Alex/Isabel together because they realized how iffy the idea of three aliens/three humans (and then four/four) all conveunitly hooking up and living happily ever after. Since Max/Liz were the OMGSOULMATES and M/M were the sexual tension/bicker/flirt on/off couple that the "classic couples", those were the main couples and K/T and A/I were kept in the backround, unsure whether to pull it off. Then they decided not to go with those couples, and killed Alex off, putting Isabel with a human who wasn't part of their crowd. Putting Isabel with Kyle after that would have just proven how stupid they were-which 99% of Roswell viewers already know

I loved them even when Alex was alive. They had a chemistry, for real. I could see it even if they weren't in the same scenes much. Oh well. Still. Lamptrimmers are a better choice.
