You don't include villains like TRB unless it's a serious show. The budget also is important. Nikita aired on the CW, but that was a different time.

I'm glad you mentioned Nikita because that's the vibe and tone the show should have. It's supposed to be serious business, but they're too worried about sex and fashion.

It was definitely supposed to be that kind of series. Especially given we first met the scary face less RB on Nancy Drew. They killed a billionaire's wife. They also had no issues killing kids. Ace and Grant are kids under the elder members of that group. Wasn't the list connected to the Road Back?

Yes. That was the whole reason Celia got killed. Because of the whole list and Nancy involving her to save Ace's life.

Does Tom even have a bedroom? We're only three episodes in but everything takes place in that one room. Was the Tom & Justin scene anymore explicit than the Bess and Lisbeth scene? I think NYPD Blue was more explicit because the FCC was pissed and I don't think broadcast has shown a naked bottom since then? And that was 20 years ago.

I mean it was explicit, but it was not THAT explicit. I get that Tom has a healthy sexual appetite, but that’s basically all we see now.

And if there’s only 10 episodes…that means they have to push the plot in the next 7 episodes. They don’t escape major pacing problems either.

Idk I think lino's mom being whatever she was is interesting. I find lino himself so flat.
