I don't ship Fanson, but at least the writers went the traditional way with them. Nancy and Nick weren't working, so they started moving toward Nick and George by letting them spend time together. He buys the Claw which pushes them even closer together. We knew a kiss was coming. Every ship has kissed on this damn show. The most popular ship on the series still hasn't kissed? How does that work? ETA: I know why they do this crap, but I love pointing out how trashy it is.

I think you're spot on with this. I just hope they don't introduce some random love interest for Nancy next season to put in yet another wrinkle for Nace.

Nothing would surprise me at this point...but that would mean they'd have to take time away from everybody else again just to "develop" yet another random character Same goes with Ace. Like why?!

Like once Ace finds out about the curse...shouldn't they both be working to break it? And with only 13 episodes...it seems rather pointless considering we both know how they feel about each other and anyone who gets in the middle is just going to be a sacrificial plot device.

The only people who should be getting guest star LIs are Nick, George, and Ryan. Carson already has one.

It's NOT NECESSARY for Nancy or Ace to have other LIs. It would be utterly pointless (but then again I've been saying this since before S2!)

Like I understand why they had other love interests in Season 2....although I still think Nancy should have been in therapy instead of the lame Gil storyline. However, the goldfish nonsense was definitely not necessary for S3. The other thing was orchestrated because of the writers' agenda. Nancy should have been single and then gone to therapy. Ace was already with an off-screen Amanda for HALF of the season.

But none of that matters now because we BOTH KNOW how they feel. It's unnecessary to involve romantic third parties. Period. The only thing keeping them apart is the curse...which should by actively attempted to be broken by both parities.

By giving them other random people (for sex...because that's all it seriously would be) they would be trying to cheapen Nace for stupid, unnecessary drama when there are at least three other characters RIGHT THERE. Go mess with their love lives.

One of the biggest storylines this season should be Nancy and Ace working together to break the curse, so they can FINALLY BE TOGETHER. That's ENOUGH drama...considering it's probably going to take a majority of the season anyway.

But, that said I don't believe we will have useless guest stars because i think the nancy love interest plot is finally Ace via the curse.

I hope so...because with 13 episodes, how would they even throw someone else in there? It would have to be like an ONS or something...but why would that be necessary!? Because it wouldn't even matter in the end (must like Gil, Park, Amanda etc...) so why bother trying to put people in the middle?!!?!? This show has ENOUGH DRAMA!

If there was a huge time jump...I could see them having various, meaningless hook-ups...but let's get real...maybe a week will pass by? IF THAT?! We know they both love each other. Ace knows Nancy is lying and that there's something wrong. It's not going to take a rocket scientist.

And the absolute kicker...they haven't even been together in canon yet. They haven't even kissed yet! And we're going to be on episode 50 of the show already! COME ON NOW. It should be FULL STEAM AHEAD.

They do use Nancy's love life to push the plot...so this does fit.

But they were SO desperate for Nancy to have sex last season...that they tried to gaslight the audience! When she could have just used Tinder OFF-SCREEN!

I really can't wait for their "first kiss" tho, on the s3 finale they went straight to bed

Yes...they purposely cut to them going at it. I remember being very, very confused and kind of annoyed when 3x13 first aired. I was like...why did they skip over the first kiss for a slow burn couple with 40+ episodes of build up?!!?

They cannot dig that hole deeper than it already is. The curse be a big arc of the season. We know how they feel about each other. Ryan is available. Nick is available. George is available. They literally made George say, "She wanted to *beep* other people" in that hot garbage episode 3x10.
