I doubt it, tbh. He came up with a plan, but the insurance company didn't agree to it.

I hope not. They look to be in too deep and they can't resolve that in a few eps. I'm okay if they drag that out for the entire season as long as they show us they're doing something about it.

Exactly. It can't just be over with because Ben's made a plan. It's not his decision.

The insurance company would agree to a payment plan. He’s right about that. They just want some sign you are attempting. The hospital would have also for Cal’s bills but Grace probably did not realize that.

I do not know if it will drag out or if it was in there to show us how much Ben cares for and supports Grace. I guess time will tell.

They would, but whether or not they would agree to his plan is still to be seen.

I get the feeling that Ben is the half of the marriage who deals with finances. He's the numbers guy. I think the point was that Ben can be level headed when it comes to solving a problem. He was in his element and he does care a great deal for Grace. His family is important to him and at the moment, that family includes Grace.
