I agree.
I can't believe stuff like that would still happen.. but it's nice to see she stood up for herself and not going through with it. It was a bad situation though. __________________

Its disgusting that things like that still happen. The workplace bullying tactics to try put Macy in her place is disgusting & shouldn't be happening but unfortunately does. But then to bring race into it too? Terrible. But presumably quite accurate too - along with having another POC there witnessing it & not being able to do anything about it. I can't comprehend why some people feel the need to use race as some sort of tactic, imply that certain things only affect certain races, or continue to make out that black is bad/second class citizens. Its ridiculous. People are people. The sooner the world learns that & learns to respect everyone & each person's history/histories the better. Can't see it happening any time soon though. But at least shows are more now showcasing how bad things can be. Then even better seeing a POC standing up for herself
Its kinda ironic that Macy is standing up for a place called 'safe space' while experiencing bullying & racism in the workplace __________________

She tried her best to work with whatshername, but it wasn't what she wanted to do. Good thing she ended up saying she wasn't comfortable with it.
I wonder how things will be for her now. I hope it'll be better for her. She already had a lot to deal with when becoming the owner of SafeSpace. __________________

whatshername didn't go into it planning on working with Macy, she just wanted to force her to do a certain thing. Probably put her in her place too after standing up for SafeSpace in the previous episode. I can't imagine this is over

To me it sounds like the company owns or manages SafeSpace or the SafeSpace brand. So her fighting against them was bad & now this? They won't be happy with her at all

They could manage it maybe yeah? If only Macy could help get rid of them and start something anew. Her ideas would be better I'm sure anyway. __________________
