Maggie is my favorite character so far and I think Sarah may be my favorite actress on the show so far, too.

Sometimes she seems all grown up & other times she acts more childish

She also reminds me of Phoebe at times

Yes, I suppose. I also wonder if part of it is how she was raised & another part is becoming a witch so having to grow up? I do like that they're still staying true to her age & making her have more childish (for lack of a better word) moments

That's very possible. How you're raised does help define you as you get older. We're getting to see her grow before our very eyes.
