I'm thinking along the lines of the Halloweentown Movies. A town of all types of monsters. It'd be like the Supernatural version of Law&Order/NCIS/FBI/etc. It'd be a really fun show to watch if it ever exists/ed.

Its misleading. They are done now for S2, but the remaining episodes will still be shot. They're just going to become the first three(?) episodes of S3 instead. So they will come back, finish the season, but its going to be a part of S3 not S2.
