You can 1) cut as round as you can on top to make it look like his head end there and put this picture at the complete right side and just sort of erase the edges so your graphic just ends there.
or 2) You can do the same with the head, but put the right side of the picture behind a different person so it just look he's standing behind them (the picture has to be a little bit smaller than the one before that one then though, to have a correct perspective)

Have you tried putting the pictures all next to each other because now it's quite centered and it might look better when it's more away from the center.
And your text needs to be bigger.
