I really love this competition because every year there are so many pretties all around  I didn’t tag it because I thought it would be easier for you guys from GT to keep track of only the threads participating. But if you guys don’t mind we can add it here __________________

 I know I don't mind  . I don't know if it would get confusing or not. I just thought it would make it easier for people to find it if it was tagged that way. What has been done in the past?  ETA: In the FA board guide each of the threads listed from past years have been tagged  __________________

Yes we did tag in the previous threads, but it was brought to my attention that since it’s not an official thread people hosting the events don’t really like when we use the tag because it’s yet another thread to keep tabs.

I have to be honest I kinda see it as an official thread
. I will double check how Mel & Kate feel about it though. But personally I don't see the issue. Either way I'll be keeping an eye on the thread. I see the tag as a way for people to find the thread. Which is then helpful if people want to know the tally of arts since that is normally shared in here.__________________

Paula and I opened the thread as a way to keep artists informed of which boards are participating and which could use more entries, but it’s not really an official thread.

We have lots of boards signed up already. If there's any boards not signed up that you'd like to make art for please encourage the moderators to do so before November 30th (also if you know of any board which has started the thread but not added it to the moderator board or missing from the list here please let me know!) The deadline for submitting art is December 21st 6pm EST For the tally which is normally done, I had a quick look into the OPs/first pages of the threads & so far most boards have got no entries. I didn't go through the threads with multiple pages of posts so there may be some arts missed in this tally
