Jac can you send files between your laptop & phone? I know I can via bluetooth or if I connect my phone to my laptop I can put things on my phone too.

I’ve no idea how you do that.
I was able to use internet on my laptop by turning on my phone Bluetooth and using my WiFi hotspot. But it will no longer connect. Very rarely does my laptop allow me to use internet without the hotspot, and even then it’s incredibly slow.

I’m gonna see what I can do.

I use Google Photos for things like that, not sure if that'd fix your issue though.

You might need to do a Google search on how to do it with your computer. On mine I can right click on the file/image I want to send, go to Send To, then select Bluetooth Device. Then so long as your bluetooth on your phone is turned on it should come up as an option to send it to. That doesn't use internet so if the internet is the issue then hopefully bluetooth is fine. I presume once the file is on your phone you'd be able to upload it using the internet on there

It says it was unable to transfer file.
I’ll probably sit this challenge out I felt like fiddling with PS so I did one. But oh well, can’t send it.

Jac new idea - Take a photo of your screen. It'll probably reduce the quality but maybe you can take a photo of the icon with your phone, crop the image down, then upload it?
