Might be cause of having an ad-blocker or the computer being a Chromebook
 not sure when but really want to get a Windows based again  plus some other technology like a more recent iPhone and iPad tablet __________________

It isn't you Sarah, it is the website. The Graphics Team comes across issues with it when people use it as a source for pictures. Sometimes the links work for some but not others. I think it can depend on how you link to it sometimes but not sure. It is one reason why uploading pictures to a different source can be handy.
