I caught Law & Order SVU barely on time...the show didn't get promoted enough for me but I'm happy that I caught it on time. I didn't hate the episode ut I didn't entirely enjoy it. 50/50 on it, I felt so sad for Benson at the end, it'll be also difficult for me not to see Stabler

....the preview for the next episode looks awesome though! lol ....

I caught the season premiere last night and thought that it is good, but it was difficult not seeing Chris there.

You could really feel his presence not being there. That scene where Olivia broke down in the interrogation room perfectly illustrated how a lot of us feel about Chris/Elliott being gone.

Mariska was absolutely great in that scene.

i saw the episode on wednesday... and i did like it... but it was just weird... without stabler

and everytime he was mentioned

. the ending scene with benson was heartbreaking

I thought they did it well, showing the emptiness of the room, and how Olivia/Mariska was feeling without him. Having her calling him, and being concerned about him, then then end

. It was so sad, yet done so well. Those final scenes, so well done (most likely Mariska's actual feelings too

). Heartbreaking to see it

. So weird to not have Elliot there. But the episode was good, although the case was not particularly interesting, I was paying more attention to little things - like the Elliot being gone one. Nice to see Alex back, but I would like to know a little more on why she is back, but it was nice to see that she at least learned or benefited from her experience, as that was what motivated her to continue with the trial. But mainly, I agree, the episode was sad to watch without Chris/Elliot

The episode was really awesome last night. I really like the addition of Nick, and he seems to work really well with Fen, and Olivia, but more so with Liv.

I just watched the first episode... I was so sad that Stabler was gone.

The thing that bothered me most though was the fact that El was so distant from Olivia. I understand that it underscored the fact that he was having a very difficult time dealing with what happened, and the fact that Chris literally isn't around, but... it felt so cheap. They could've had Olivia say that she heard from him... I don't know. I get that it added alot of extra weight to the finale scene with Olivia and it was beautifully done and it accredited their relationship on it's own, but I also felt that their distance was a great disservice to their relationship. They've always been so incredibly close (hence Olivia's devastation in the first place) and it just rubbed me the wrong way I guess.
