It's interesting because the PD showrunner is being extremely vague while Med are giving everything away. Med aren't saying anything about Guy, though. It's all very strange.

The fact that "These things" include firing people without explanation (or with appalling explanations in Kelli's case) and promoting abusers should be enough to tell them that they should not happen under any circumstances.

Usually a crossover would give them all a boost. I think the biggest tell for SVU will be mid-season though. Kelli's leaving after episode 9, right? I think people have been saying they will watch until she goes, whereas with PD, the consensus has been stop now, if you're going to watch, don't watch in a way that gives them ratings.

I don't think they care that it shouldn't happen. They aren't listening to the fans telling them it is.

I'm not sure when she leaves but midseason sounds right. I agree after that will be the biggest tell as most are saying watching until she leaves, unlike the PD fans.

Nah, they don't care. And Wolf seems to have severely overestimated the popularity of an abuser (the actor and the character, the guy plays himself, tbh).

I've seen episode 9 floating about. I hope there is a significant drop after that. It'd serve them right.

One Chicago literally had an actor retweet a list of links for people to watch illegally. An actor that also retweeted something acknowledging the backlash before anyone else had. Something is for sure going on.

Did you see this? Mariska vague still over it. But clearly she's not happy to see Kelli go.

On another note can they stop pushing Olivia & Elliot together? That puts me off wanting to watch the new season too

. I wonder if they're posting so much about them to try cover up the backlash? As if E/O love will help drown it out. Doubt it works

I'm not surprised. I'm glad Mariska stopped her being killed off.

They probably do think it works that way. They don't seem to realise that as EO requires regressing Olivia as a character, it pretty much just makes it worse for a lot of us.

PD are still using Jesse for a lot of their promotion. I'm embarrassed for them at this point.

Looks like it'll be another month without a poll as there's only 9 boards signed up. At least the Fall poll should result in something hopefully. Shame it is so hard getting existing things a board now...

They were using him for this week's episode and it wasn't even his episode. Trying to milk it for all they can, I guess.

PD ratings dropped again, and apparently the L&O ratings all dropped too, and not the small drops you'd expect.

That's interesting they're all dropping still. I hadn't looked at how this weeks' episodes went. doesn't surprise me though. Interesting if it is all there L&Os & not just SVU dropping...

Apparently he's been shadow directing on the PD set, which is why he's been seen there. Still doesn't entirely make sense if he wanted to move on.

Wouldn't be surprised if they keep dropping. Probably not big drops though.

You'd think they would. That's what's so confusing with all the Jesse stuff. If it was his choice, why would that not be said in the original statement? Monica, Jesse Spencer, Brian Geraghty all did...

I'm hoping for some clarity tonight, after his last episode, but I'm not expecting anything more than a vague comment if anything. And tbh for me, if there's no confirmation of it being his choice by then, it's likely not.

I'm just so disenfranchised by it all. Especially with Kelli. There's no ambiguity there, we know why she's going and it's appalling. It's not the newcomer's fault, but she's been Ashley Seaver'd and is going to be hated anyway.
