I'm not entirely sure but I think the original Supergirl movie (1984) will be added to Netflix next month. If this is the movie, it will be added October 1 to US Netflix.

Superman Returns will also be added to the streaming service next month as well. Also Oct 1 on US Netflix.

I'm honestly surprised they're allowing those movies onto Netflix and not just onto the streaming service. It's a happy surprise though.

I just logged into Netflix this morning, looked for Supergirl and the 1984 movie was indeed added to US Netflix!

Oh my gosh, that's awesome! I can't wait to tell my dad. It's definitely something we can watch.

I feel that they're trying to fill up time slots they're losing with shows ending, so it's probably why they made room for both.
