No they we're not. John Constantine was from there though. His comic was called "Hellblazer". Vertigo was what's called an "imprint" of DC Comics. There were a lot Vertigo comics made for "mature" readers, but no they were not set in the DC Universe. It's similar to if you took comics & made most of them Rated "R" or not suitable for everyone, especially people under 16 or 17 I think & didn't include superheroes in them. Now DC had another imprint called "Wildstorm" & those comics largely did include superheroes & were not as racy, vulgar, or however you want to describe some of Vertigo's were.

My mom has all four movies, I don't think I saw all the CR Superman films till last Summer lol. The only Superman movie I saw prior to that was Man of Steel (Which is underrated and gets too much hate. It's especially deserving of a overdue sequel) The first two are the best, and I think I liked the second one the best. I always heard people say the fourth movie is the worst, but I think the third is the worst (Especially cause of Richard Pryor. Great comedian, but horrible actor) The fourth wasn't good but at least it was way shorter than the third film lol. Christopher Reeve is definitely the best Superman.

Christopher reeve was great indeed, too bad he couldn't be superman in our day and time with the modern and good script writing as well as good special effects.

San Diego Comic-Con Officially Announces Free Virtual Replacement Show for July 2020

Comic-Con@Home will be held online July 22-26. Hopefully we get some good stuff from DC!
