Where are you going to vacation?

My sisters dad is in town visiting, so gonna take a baby break to give him time with his grandson. So gonna spend tomorrow cleaning a bit, and relaxing watching movies with my dad because my mom has a dinner out with her friends. Sunday we will watch our football game and have a cookout if my dad is feeling up to it. He's having health issues at the moment.

How fun! I've only ever been once, but it was SO busy. Was only able to do Epcot & Animal Kingdom. I hear if you choose a good time then it's much better!

Yeah, it can get really packed during certain times of year like Summer and Christmas

But there are tips and tricks to be able to do everything, my biggest recommendations are to stay on property and to get a park hopper.

The only time I went was February, right after Valentines day. It was jam packed! Was lucky to ride 3 rides a day because of the insane wait times. I can imagine summer and holidays being busy! I've done Disneyland like almost 20 times, and I've stayed on premises before. Was super easy, but at the same time definitely more expensive.

It is more expensive to stay on property, I've never gone to Disneyland so I don't know how pricey it is but Disney World can put a hole in a bank account, even if staying at one of their value resorts; but in my opinion, if it's something you can splurge on, it is definitely worth it to stay on property and take advantage of all of the benefits.

I agree with that! I did Disneyland on premises at the Disneyland Hotel for my 16th bday, and it was an amazing experience. Sometimes if you can swing it, it's best to go all out!

Disneyland is a great place to celebrate a sweet 16

I agree, Disney is one of those places where spending the extra money is worth it, I don't think I've ever talked to anybody who has stayed at a Disney property and regretted it.
