You have to be really disciplined. I even stick to my diet most holidays! Except for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

I didn't have my first cheat meal until 6 months after I started because I didn't want to be tempted to stay eating bad after a cheat meal. So after that many months, it was easy to have a cheat every 8-12 weeks and keep up with my diet after. I love how I feel on it, and it helps me health wise alot. I haven't had a flu or cold in a year now!

Sometimes you just gotta do something new and fun! I did the same thing with purple before. I thought it was gonna be a blackish purple, but was way lighter. I loved it anyways!

Exactly! That's happened to me before, finding out what color you're actually gonna get from the bottle is part of the fun
