Eh, I can understand why she did that even tho I think that every mother's most nightmare.. I like how they make Rebecca as flaw parent while they made Jack so perfect parent.. But hey, that's just me.. It's like Jack can't do no wrong and criticize Rebeccas as parent..

I don't think they portray Jack as perfect. In 1x02 he was drinking and staying out late and in 1x07 he was too busy/tired to pay attention to what was going on with Rebecca and the kids.

I do feel for Rebecca in the present though, because it seems like even if he may not be perfect Jack was the fun dad whereas Rebecca had to be a little more strict. Also, since he died (maybe when he was quite young, we don't know yet) he gets to stay favorable in the kids' minds while they place any blame for their childhoods on Rebecca.

One thing is for sure...if they do get divorced because of Jack's drinking or cheating, the kids do not know about it at all.

I've been thinking about Jack's ashes and how Kate came to have them on her mantle even though she lives all the way out in LA. You'd think they'd want to keep them in a more centralized location. But the fact that Rebecca doesn't have them is only reason why I suspect they might've gotten divorced before he died. I still hold out hope that this isn't the case though.

I have a problem with her, period. She yelled at William and told him not to hurt Randall,but she was the one who made him cry. I mean,I get why she ran off, but to give William crap years later is such .

Not telling Jack that she met William at all is awful because a marriage shouldn't have secrets.

I've never seen Jack as a perfect parent. He's too distracted and doesn't really have time for them. Rebecca does the heavy lifting.

Possibly, or maybe it would be strange because she's with Miguel now Or Kate asked if she could keep the ashes and everyone else was fine with that. Not everyone would want to keep them in the house.
