Where I live halloween was never really celebrated tbh. Yes a few night clubs have halloween themed parties, but that's it mostly.

No he was like 0.5cm away from my car. It was busy and I had to rush home for work, so I didn't let this driver in at a junction so he got pissed and tried to get in anyway and when I looked in my mirror was so sooo close, so I got out and started shouting
