I went for a run but my ankle suddenly got a shooting pain right through
 That's my start to Monday lol __________________

But then after it healed I started noticing shooting pains through my ankle every now and then. Went to doctors and they asked if I had an accident or anything and I told them I had not long ago. I could of gone for x-rays or tests but cause it healed up there was no point and so he referred me to a physiotherapist. He came to conclusion I damaged a muscle or tore a ligament or even had a crack in the bone. Course I didn't go AE at the time, so it healed incorrectly which explains my pain. The physio helped it so the pain happened less and less. It's the first time in a year really that I had to stop during a run because of it so I just live with it. I think it's a damaged ligament.It's perfectly fine now, the pain literally lasts about 20secs and after walking on it slowly, it just disappears like it never happened. __________________

Oof, that sounds like not fun at all. Luckily it’s temporary pain and not constant.

Diana you really need to take more care of yourself hun
but whom am i telling, i am a bit handicapped with my knee too. i guess some injuries just happen. there is no one i know who hasn't had a little ouchie somewhere. why just 4 hours? had a tough monday? happy sleeping tonight Amelia  __________________
