also i read somewhere that in season 3 on TWD you can see "sick after blood cover” written on Morgan's wall in the episode "Clear".

on the other Hand Nick in season 2 episode 3, on the island, where he falls in the pit ... then shows up on the shore, covered in blood, killing the herd "from behind". he then uses this technique multiple times and never gets sick.

I think that covering in zombie blood only make people sick if they have injuries and then they infect the wound with that blood.

yes and besides the dead aren't completely fooled. as is seen multiple times, they will eventually take notice if you hang around too much. it's just plain easier to avoid moving through large herds or to kill small groups if you need to get immediately past them.

Also it's not practical to keep covering yourself with blood and traveling around. It smells horrible, its unsanitary and is not always 100% effective.

If you can handle yourself, there's probably no point in doing it unless you have no other option and even then it's risky.
