It looks exactly the same to me expect for the lighting? When the light beams on it, it's silver. So it's just the lighting making it look dark

No the colour of the name and the background have clearly shifted (black on silver to silver on black). I don't think the light alone could make black look silver

Another thing, if he didn't want Emma to know, why didn't he simply show the other side or put a quick glamour spell in it like Emma did with Excalibur?XD

Who said he didn't want Emma to know? He put the sword in front of her.

I also don't see the difference your talking about. I see some black on the blade edge, but that's just the lighting. The rest is silver

It's definitely different, the 2nd one has all black around Rumple's name..the first is basically clear with Rumple's name in black..

I think it is significant , I'm not sure he said he was the Dark One , only he has everyone's power now..

Yes, the dagger writing and design is basically in reverse of what it was before.

I just watched the scene again. He doesn't say he's the Dark One, but Emma says "You're the Dark One, again" and he says yes, so I think he definitely is. I don't think he wanted Emma to know, though. He didn't realize she was going to be able to hear the dagger still. He told her he'd hoped to keep it a secret, but she could tell he had it there in the shop.

I don't know, I really feel like he took the power just to escape death. He took it without anyone even knowing and he wanted to keep it a secret. The only power he wanted was the power to escape the fate of death that he was surely facing without it. Then his plan backfired because Emma could still hear the blade.

I think he did it to escape death as well, just think it's weird how it took him 2 seconds to admit it to Emma he was one. Even if he had to show Emma the dagger because she could hear it he could have hidden his name and told her he would find a solution to "get rid of it" since it was speaking to her.
For a.master of lies he seemed to crumble very easily, not to mention the plot "everybody knows but Belle" is super sloppy. I.can see at least Henry telling her when they come back from the UW, since he was the one who made her come back in the first place

I don't know, it can be just sloppy writing but a lot of things didn't make sense in those last 5 minutes.

I'm still thinking though, does everyone know he's the dark one , obviously Emma, but I don't know about the rest, or am I missing something

Which may be a clue, before he was darkness in the light, now his name is light in the darkness, which could maybe mean about his hero status

I don't think it's the fact he wanted her to know. He could hardly lie when she was being called to the dagger. It wouldn't surprise me if he tried to eliminate her again.

Yes crazy_diamond, Emma told them he took away Hook's hero moment ( ) and then he used the dagger to cut himself.
He'd have to kill them all to keep it a secret, including Henry.
