Most of the time it's hard to pick just one favorite episode. If I have to pick one, it's probably Young Hearts Spark Fire.

Yes I do that too! Even if it wasn't the first one I watched (with Scorpion it was, with TBBT it wasn't) it's fun to see it while thinking 'awww, this was the first time the world saw these people.'

Scorpion is one of the few shows I watch right from the beginning. My first TBBT episode was "The Grasshopper Experiment" but I saw it as a rerun when the show was between S3 and S4.

I don't know why I always forget that we have the same 'first episode' for TBBT - though I saw it much earlier than you did.
Scorpion and The Mentalist are the two big ones that I watched pilot to finale. __________________

Going way back I watched the original Star Trek from the beginning. I also watching Star Trek: Enterprise and Stargate: Atlantis from pilot to finale.
At least these days it's much easier to catch up if you start watching in Season 5. __________________
