Barry Allen has met certain members of the group (like Captain Cold and Heatwave, who started on The Flash) but Legends hasn't had a crossover with The Flash yet. We've just seen Oliver cross over a couple times.

Maybe he'll get a chance to work during next hiatus as well. As far I as know some of TF writers write also scripts for movies...maybe there could be some opportunity there?
