^Connie, the movie is perfect. The two leads, Chris and Daniel do such an incredible job in their parts. I enjoyed the movie very, very much. Much more than I thought I would too

I agree. They both were fantastic in the movie. I also enjoyed the movie more than I thought I would too.

I wonder if Chris talked to Nikki Lauda too, getting pointers on how James Hunt was.

I am a (mild) F1 fan so besides Chris, I was also drawn in by the subject, but it's a movie that can be loved by everyone because it's very much a character study, and the sport theme is secondary/the frame of that.
You won't regret checking it out if you, Connie.

It's a shame the film wasn't more popular in US, but I guess F1 isn't something very well known or followed there. A better box office result would have helped it score some awards, I think - critics loved the film, but there wasn't enough buzz around it.

I don't remember if he mentioned something about that, but the whole writing team and Howard did, so I think Chris had his chance to ask something, too, when Niki was on set.

I was hoping the movie itself will make some of the American public check out F1 more. Though it's quite different now than it was back then.

That's true. I know of people who lost interest in the sport due to the myriads of technical rules and other changes.

The whole cast and crew deserved more recognition.

You really should!
And in case you need an extra incentive - he is naked in it.
